We are looking for a smart, creative, and commited individual to maintain & spearhead the development of our institutional business unit as:
Institutional Client Solution
The responsibilities such as Client Acquisition, Relationship Management, Marketing Analysis and Strategy such as:
Identification and prioritization of acquisition opportunities with major national and regional companies including insurance, pension fund, treasury banks, financial services companies and more.
Drive growth from existing clients and new acquisition to meet yearly and monthly targets.
Lead and manage all correspondence with Bahana TCW’s existing institutional clients. Initiate andschedule regular visit and market update for existing institutional clients.

Who you are:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Reputable Universities.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in financial/ marketing/management fields (Max. 30 years old)
- Computer literate, minimum familiar with Windows, Internet and Microsoft Office applications.
- Have a good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, high initiative, Proactive and highly motivated.
- Having WAPERD / WMI license and understanding in capital market is a big plus.
- Able to work under pressure, tight deadline, prioritize tasks and able to work as a team.
- Adaptive and fast learner.
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Indonesia.
